Hotel History:
Kowsar Hotel, on April 1st, 1995, by the Director of the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization of Khorasan at the time, Mr. Razavi, and the management of Mr. Seyyed Mahmoud Vazir Pour Yazdi was inaugurated. The hotel, first started with 80 rooms (double and triple rooms), 19 personnel, restaurant and kitchen with a capacity of 70 people, as well as laundry facilities as a 1-star hotel, which during almost 21 years of its activity, due to efficient management in improving the quality of services and facilities, promoted to 2-star.
Facilities, Equipment and Physical Space:
Central Kitchen, restaurant with a capacity of 140 people, serving various Iranian and foreign foods, traditional bakery, 24-hour reception with lobby capacity of 20 people, heating and cooling systems (air conditioners, chiller, fan coils and split), outdoor parking with limited capacity, laundry, wireless internet, CCTV systems, fire extinguishing system prompt, elevator, public relation unit, reservation unit, patrol and welcome units.
Kowsar Hotel, has a total of 61 units (rooms and suites), which bring the total hotel capacity of 183 people.
